Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. The current price and billing period are shown on our pricing page before checkout.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting tsingliu007@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

• General rule: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Case-by-case review: If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, charge after cancellation took effect), contact us at tsingliu007@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. We review such requests individually and will issue a refund where appropriate.
• Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under applicable consumer protection law (including EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights for digital content where applicable and not yet consumed).

4. Free Tier

The Free plan is free of charge and this policy does not apply to it.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email tsingliu007@gmail.com with your account email and the charge details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
